🛒 Sales handled by Paddle

Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our official reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, VAT/sales tax and order-related customer service. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.

💶 Product and pricing

• KeyDate — lifetime license: €9.99 incl. tax, one-time purchase, no subscription (launch offer currently running: €4.99 incl. tax).
• Free 14-day trial, all features included, no account or credit card required — you can fully test the app before buying.
• The license key is delivered by email immediately after payment (digital delivery).
• All 1.x updates are included.

🔑 License

• The license is personal: valid on all Macs you own, for your own use.
• It may not be resold, publicly shared, or used to distribute the app to third parties.
• Activation is 100% offline — no data is transmitted when activating.

↩️ Refund policy

You have 14 days after purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. Two ways:

• Email us at feedback@keydate.app from the email address used for the purchase;
• or contact Paddle directly via paddle.net (their buyer portal), with your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Refunded license keys are deactivated in future versions.

⚖️ Right of withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with EU rules on digital content, delivery of the license key begins immediately after purchase. Our 14-day refund policy protects you beyond legal requirements — and the free trial lets you test the app before paying anything.

Any change to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Purchases already made remain governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
